By mimicking the infections, vaccines can offer protection from some diseases. This sort of imitating infections helps to teach immune system how combat an infection in future.Discovery responses linked vaccination Arabian horses has been a long-standing objective for scientists.The purpose this study was investigate changes immunological parameters before and after by Fluvac Innovator® vaccine foals. Twenty healthy, foals both sexes were examined (before vaccination) 20 blood samples at 45 days vaccination. Leukogramwas performed. Immunoglobulins including Ig E, G, A M measured serum genes expression using Real Time-PCR performed IL-10, IL-6, TNFα TLR 4 mRNA.After vaccination, there significant increases lymphocytes, IgG, IgM, TNF-α, mRNA males females when compared basal value therefore, assessing humoral response (immunoglobins A, M, G E) cellular (WBCs, TNF- α TLR-4) is important tool determination effect on immunity.
